LD Distributing offers delivery to all 48 contiguous US states. Delivery will be scheduled upon full receipt of payment unless specific terms have been agreed between the customer and LD Distributing.

Pricing: If you require delivery, send an email to jon@ld.solar to request delivery pricing. Delivery pricing will be quoted at cost from our preferred delivery providers based on the fulfillment location. Please make sure you include the delivery location upon request. Unless specified, delivery costs quoted will include liftgate service and insurance as part of the quote.

Freight/Parcel Insurance: Quote will include insurance cost added in. If product received with loss or damage customer must notify jon@ld.solar within 24 hours of delivery of goods. LD Distributing will ship out replacement product within 2 days of a claim being submitted. If you choose to opt out of paying for insurance on product, you will forfeit protections against loss or damage and will need to submit a claim directly with the freight carrier and replacement equipment will need to be purchased at the customer’s expense.

Inspect Delivery: Before signing for a package or freight shipment, it is your responsibility to inspect the delivery for visible signs of damage or missing items. Immediately write description of damage/any other discrepancies on the Delivery Receipt and inform the Driver. Note: Do not refuse the delivery. Doing so may result in being held responsible for the return freight charge. If damage is not recorded and brought to the driver’s attention, the carrier will not honor any damage claim filed so make sure to inspect your shipment carefully.

Warranty Policy: If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail, please jon@ld.solar and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.
